AWFUL!!!! I wish I could leave a ZERO star rating. The ladies (for lack of worst words) that work here don't know how to do their jobs and are hardly professionals. My son was turned away because he was told he had LICE!!! I've never seen lice so immediately took him to a doctor who CONFIRMED he did not have lice but DRY SCALP!!! Arent these suppose to be professionals? Shouldn't they know the difference between LICE and DRY SCALP?!?!?!?! Not to mention, making my son feel embarrassed, ashamed, and cried even!!! NEVER will we ever return. And I've also let tons of family and friends know, DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!!

I been coming to your place since you guys are open and never felt as upset as today, you guys have a sign that don’t take clients at 5, but the manager decided to stop taken costumers at 4 40, not acceptable in my standards . I will not bad mouth your company but you guys lost a client
